Kelly's meticulously detailed illustrations give birth to a unique world populated with flora and fauna that is slightly askew, with a mythology different from the ordinary. This is something that has captivated her since childhood and what she hopes others will find when looking at her work. She currently resides on the south side of Detroit with her husband Dave, their cat Bumble Bee, and Francis the dog.
